Decision memo
Media, tools, analytics, moderation, editing, events, consulting, and community ops are the safer rails.
Directories and lead fees need strict categories, vendor rules, dispute handling, and prohibited-listing filters.
Accounts, in-game money, items, cash-outs, drops, boosting, and exploit tools are high-risk lanes.
If redeemable value ever exists, model it only under separate express terms from Rockstar.
Build around the ecosystem: content, research, communities, software, real-world services, event production, sponsor inventory, and compliant marketplaces. Do not build the business on selling or cashing out accounts, in-game currency, virtual items, or anything that requires player credentials or exploit automation.
The operating assumption comes from the current Rockstar legal terms: virtual items and accounts are not a cash-out asset unless separate express written Rockstar terms allow that conduct. Viceberg should treat everything else as a service, media, software, data, or community business around the game.
After screening the risk, use the launch roadmap, sponsor rate card, sponsor pitch generator, sponsor outreach tracker, buyer pipeline tracker, buyer demand index, business blueprint, revenue ladder, and ROI calculator to turn the clean idea into a testable business.
